Executive Director, Business Relationship Management

The Executive Director for Business Relationship Management (BRM) is a leadership role responsible for managing and maintaining strong partnerships between the Information Technology department and University units. This position oversees the Business Relationship Management Office. Strong background in strategic alignment, stakeholder engagement, and technology alignment.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior leadership.

Excellent organizational and time management skills; demonstrated ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet established deadlines.
Expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), SCCM, JAMF, Azure AD, Windows Autopilot, and Modern Workplace solutions.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
8 years of experience in leadership, business relationship management, or a related role.
Master's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience with Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
Experience in Higher Education.
Strong understanding of business process improvement and change management.
