Description:
Provide guidance and support to secondaryschool principals and teachers, offering expertise on effective instructional strategies, assessment practices, and differentiated learning approaches.
Responsible for providing leadership to administrators, academic facilitators, and grade-level educators in the development of academic goals, planning of instructional strategies, assessing student performance, and improving the teaching and learning process.
Work with secondary administrators, curriculum specialists, and teachers to develop, implement, and evaluate secondary school curriculum, ensuring that it aligns with state standards and educational best practices.
Organize and facilitate professional development opportunities for secondary school teachers and staff to enhance their instructional skills, integrate new teaching methodologies, and stay updated on the latest educational research.
Engage in data analysis and assessment by analyzing student achievement data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement and work with school leadership to develop strategies for addressing student needs and improving academic performance.
May also have administrative duties such as budget management, staff supervision, and reporting to district leadership and the school board.
225 day contract.
