Albizu University is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Executive Director of Enrollment Management and Professional Programs at its Miami Campus. This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to enhance enrollment, retention, and student success.

The Executive Director will oversee the full enrollment lifecycle, ensuring alignment with institutional goals from recruitment and admissions through degree completion. Key responsibilities include expanding partnerships with K-12 schools, community colleges, international institutions, and study abroad programs to drive enrollment growth. Additionally, this role will focus on implementing retention strategies that promote student engagement, academic success, and persistence while identifying new opportunities for strategic enrollment expansion.

The position also involves the development and oversight of professional programs, ensuring they align with market demands and institutional objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a data-driven enrollment and retention strategy to increase student recruitment, persistence, and degree completion.
  • Oversee all recruitment, admissions, and enrollment functions, ensuring an efficient and student-friendly process.
  • Strengthen K-12 partnerships, Dual Enrollment programs, international collaborations, and articulation agreements to drive enrollment growth.
  • Implement student retention strategies focused on academic support, proactive advising, and engagement initiatives to improve persistence and graduation rates.
  • Lead case-load academic advising models to provide personalized student support and intervention, and support stackable credentials initiatives.
  • Expand institutional study abroad, exchange programs, and international student pipelines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance institutional and campus branding and outreach strategies for prospective students.
  • Utilize predictive analytics, CRM systems, and student success technologies to improve enrollment and retention efforts.
  • Oversee data collection and analysis to ensure informed decision-making in recruitment and student success initiatives.
  • Optimize systems and processes to provide a seamless student experience from inquiry to graduation.
  • Partner with academic affairs, student affairs, and faculty leadership to ensure a holistic and integrated student experience.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team of enrollment professionals, recruiters, advisors, student success coaches, and student success staff.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the division and across the institution.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Enrollment Officer to ensure compliance with relevant policies, rules, and regulations related to enrollment management.


Requirements:
  • Master's degree required in Higher Education Administration, Enrollment Management, International Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in strategic enrollment management, dual enrollment, international partnerships and education initiatives, admissions, retention, or related areas.
  • Demonstrated success in increasing enrollment and retention at a higher education institution.
  • Experience with CRM systems, student success technologies, and data-driven decision-making preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skill management, dual enrollment, international partnerships and education initiatives, admissions, retention, or related areas.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
  • Frequent use of a computer, including typing and viewing a screen.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed for recruitment events, partnership meetings, and institutional initiatives.
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as required for enrollment, student success, or retention-related events.
