The Executive Director is responsible for the overall management of clinical and administrative operations for a Residential behavioral health facility.

The Executive Director is responsible for the overall management of clinical and administrative operations for a Residential behavioral health facility.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervises all administration and clinical operations staff.
- Management of all programs, including supporting the mission, philosophy, and implementing of program standards.
- Leads all fiscal operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, verification and general accounting.
- Directs the intake process to insure documentation is present and accurate.
- Oversees management of all program operations including staff, administration, and therapeutic milieu.
- Communicates with Clinical Director on a regular basis to evaluate program performance and needs.
- Insures program compliance with all regulatory agencies.
- Represent program at the community level attending networking and educational opportunities.
- Reviews financial reports including budgets, statistics and projection reports.
- Oversees the development and implementation of marketing plans and program improvement.
- Monitors the physical running of the program; to provide a therapeutic environment, ensure corrective action is taken when necessary.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with community leaders and neighbors.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of Five (5) year's experience working in behavioral health, recovery or rehabilitation in a residential facility or Intensive outpatient practice.
- Three years of management, supervision or lead experience.
- BA or BS in business, management, psychology or related field.
- Extensive business management expertise.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize workload and work independently.
- Understanding of diverse cultures and gender specific issues and ability to incorporate needs of gender and culturally diverse groups into practice setting.
