The Executive Director at Evergreen Senior Living is a very important position. Your role, as our Executive Director requires a combination of organizational leadership, operational talent, commitment to customer service as well as strategic expertise.
Theexperienced Executive Director we want on our family oriented team is very detailed,insightful and an expert at implementing federal, state and local lawsregulations, residents, personnel and physical requirements. You arethe catalyst ensuring goals and objectives are developed, programs are carriedout, quality is monitored and improved and results are evaluated.

Executive Director Responsibilities:
- Champion for high hospitality to ensure that quality care services are provided
- Maintain occupancy
- Overall fiscal responsibility
- Continue team work by creating an environment of dignity and respect
- A strong understanding of systems management
Executive Director Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree from accredited college or university - preferably major/minor in healthcare/administration
- Licensed nurse preferred but not required
- Must have at least 2 years' experience of management experience and able to lead a team
- At least 5 years' experience in providing healthcare services to the senior population either in an assisted living program, inpatient hospital, long term care setting, adult day care or another healthcare field
- Provide the team with support in providing the highest quality of care possible through clear and detailed communication
