Mercy Housing is seeking an Executive Support Manager to serve as the Executive Assistant to the Mercy Housing California (MHC) Executive Leadership team (this includes the President and Functional Vice Presidents) and Board of Trustees as well as daily office operations. This position also manages the Administrative Staff supporting the Executive Leadership Team and oversees daily office operations at Mercy Housing's Denver office. The role is eligible for a hybrid work schedule.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to MHC executive leadership, including managing calendars, expense reports, confidential correspondence, travel plans, and meeting documents.
- Communicate directly on behalf of the MHC President and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) with Board members, staff, and others regarding activities and schedules.
- Coordinate meeting materials and logistics for MHC ELT and committee meetings.
- Plan and organize meetings and special events for the MHC ELT.
- Develop and manage annual budgets.
- Manage and maintain the corporate governance structure and decision-making framework.
- Ensure compliance with Board rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications of Position
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience.
- Four (4) years of experience as an executive assistant.
Preferred Qualifications of Position
- Experience supporting an Executive Team for mid to large regional organization.
Knowledge and Skills
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations with diplomacy.
- Flexible, accurate, and detail-oriented.
- Understanding of governance processes, procedures, and policies, with demonstrated integrity and confidentiality.
- Ability to work cooperatively and constructively with diverse staff at all levels of the organization.
