We're looking for a strategic and client-focused Executive Vice President who can masterfully balance operational excellence with creative vision. This newly created leadership position offers a unique opportunity to drive client service excellence while implementing proven methodologies across multiple locations.

Job Duties
  • Provide strategic leadership for 39-45 active client projects spanning marketing, communications, PR, digital, and brand initiatives
  • Implement consistent account processes to enhance operational efficiency
  • Develop and oversee strategic, integrated marketing plans based on thorough research
  • Manage high-profile accounts and client relationships, driving retention and growth
  • Lead and develop team members across multiple locations
  • Serve as the "Integrator" for process implementation of proven methodologies
  • Balance operational consistency with innovative thinking to deliver exceptional client service
  • Drive strategic growth while identifying opportunities to expand existing client relationships
  • Collaborate with creative services to enhance visual storytelling capabilities
  • Maintain client relationships with regular travel between locations

Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in marketing, communications, and/or PR with minimum 4 years in agency environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business, or related field
  • Proven track record of increasing responsibility and leadership
  • Strong experience managing large, high-profile accounts and multiple clients simultaneously
  • Strategic approach to client management for retention and business growth
  • Experience developing and implementing research-based, integrated marketing plans
  • Demonstrated success leading teams and developing direct reports
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
