High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid California Driver's License and insurance.
5 years of mechanical expertise. Preferably in high line / luxury dealerships
Engage seamlessly with a diverse range of clients, sometimes handling multiple interactions concurrently.
Stellar verbal and written articulation capabilities.
Adeptness with our state-of-the-art dealership digital systems.
A pristine in-state driver's record with a dedication to safe driving-required for both customer and demonstrator vehicles.

Responsibilities:
As a McLaren Technician, excel in basic maintenance, identify potential concerns, and ingeniously address vehicle performance and client requirements.
Collaborate with the renowned McLaren San Francisco service and management teams to offer unparalleled service and client education regarding their vehicle intricacies.
Swiftly process Repair Orders from the digital dispatch, directing vehicles to designated areas.
Execute tasks per Repair Order with finesse and precision, abiding by both dealership and factory standards.
Liaise with our Parts Department to source required components.
Notify the Service Director of any vehicle downtime due to parts unavailability and advocate for expedited orders when necessary.
Perform comprehensive vehicle assessments to identify any additional safety or service requisites.
Constantly update the vehicle's status and liaise with the Service Director.
Ensure a meticulous quality check of serviced vehicles, with an unwavering commitment to safety and legal compliance.
Exude pride in your work, delivering results that showcase exceptional craftsmanship.
Stay updated with the latest industry technical bulletins and participate in periodic training sessions orchestrated by the management.
