We are poised for significant growth and seek a dynamic and strategic Expansion Director to drive our expansion in North America, including geographical and new business expansion. The Expansion Director will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategic growth plans, and leading cross-functional teams to execute expansion initiatives. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of market dynamics, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business expansion strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and a competitive landscape.
  • Evaluate potential markets, products, and partnerships to drive growth.
  • Identify and establish relationships with potential partners and stakeholders.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals to secure new business opportunities.
  • Define and implement strategy to scale up current business in accelerated expansion or incubation.
  • Execute expansion projects, coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor performance, track KPIs and act to adjust the plan if needed.
  • Conduct financial analysis and modeling to evaluate the viability of expansion opportunities.
  • Prepare business cases, financial forecasts, and investment proposals for senior management. Monitor and report on the financial performance of expansion initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align expansion strategies with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, strategic planning, or a related role, with at least 4 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and expansion.
  • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
