Position Highlights:?
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30am- 4:30pm


  • Additional staff includes one (1) CMA / RMA


  • Population served: All full-time City of Kannapolis employees, all spouses & dependents, insured with City of Kannapolis


  • Practice sees traditional acute episodic care and full primary care


  • Practice also performs workers' comp & occupational medicine services, supported by a board certified Occupational Medicine physician.


  • Call responsibility but no in-person shifts overnights, weekends or major holidays


Typical Qualifications
Ideal Candidates:
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience required in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Urgent Care. Occupational Medicine experience preferred but not required.


  • NC Licensure and DEA


  • DOT certification required or must be obtained within 90 days of start date


  • American Heart Association BLS


  • Must be able to work autonomously
