Exterior Remodeling Sales Representative (Roofing/Siding/Windows)

STATEMENT OF POSITION RESPONSIBILTIES

PROJECT ESTIMATOR

JOB FUNCTION: Full-time

We are seeking a skilled sales representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide accurate estimates for our customers. This position will train and report to the Director of Sales at our headquarters located in Woodville, Ohio.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Must be presentable in person, with great people skills, must be confident, approachable, friendly.
• Exceptional and professional customer service skills.

• In depth understanding of the roofing, windows and siding industry.

• Strong multi-tasking skillset - ability to manager 3-5 customers at one time.
• Ability to adapt to sudden process changes.
• Willingness to be mentored, and eager to learn.
• Must be self-motivated, ambitious and a goal-oriented individual.
• You enjoy negotiating and you are strong-willed.
• Schedule flexibility - available to work nights and weekends as necessary, and/or during the storm season and/or during periods of high volume.
• Basic computer and data-entering skills, able to learn new software programs
• Valid driver's license

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES:

• Run multiple assigned sales leads a day where you will meet with customers, measure, and estimate jobs, and close sales
• Communicate with customers - must be readily available to address client questions and concerns, either by phone or email, in a timely and professional manner. Clear communication is essential to maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring a successful project outcome.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business and referrals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide customers with the latest information on our products and services

PAY RANGE:

$70,000 -$100,000
