Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Facilities to join our team at Moffat County School District. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facilities management, including maintenance, operations, and capital projects. The Director of Facilities will play a key role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and efficiency of our school buildings and grounds.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive facilities management plan
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all school buildings and grounds
  • Manage the budget and resources for the facilities department
  • Coordinate and supervise facility improvement projects
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to support the overall goals of the school district
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of building systems and maintenance best practices
  • Experience managing budgets and resources
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Supervisory Responsibilities: Facilities Team

Salary: Commensurate with experience. Range is $89,850 - $110,211 per year
