Position Summary
The Facility CEO is responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of the hospital, ensuring the consistent delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality care. This executive-level role oversees daily operations, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and employee engagement, with the goal of maintaining Cottonwood Creek's reputation for excellence in behavioral health services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing operational systems to support high standards of patient care and service
- Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a multidisciplinary team
- Promoting financial sustainability through strategic planning and cost-effective practices
- Approving and enforcing facility policies, procedures, and operational standards
Qualifications
- Education: Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution preferred
- Experience:
- With Master's degree: Minimum 5 years of healthcare management experience
- With Bachelor's degree: Minimum 7 years of healthcare management experience
