Position Summary
Odyssey Systems has an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Facility Manager supporting the Air Force Tactical Exploitation of National Capabilities (AF TENCAP) Program Office Colorado Springs, CO. AF TENCAP supports warfighter effectiveness through the exploitation of national capabilities, promoting cross-domain integration of these capabilities into military operations, training, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) activities. TENCAP exploits existing air, space, cyber, national, and global ISR and non-traditional ISR (NTISR) systems for operational and tactical applications through rapid prototyping and capability demonstration.

Responsibilities
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Perform reviews of AF TENCAP spaces within leased facility. Inspect conditions and report any issues to the COR and coordinate with building manager (or appropriate landlord point of contact) as necessary.
- Troubleshoot, schedule and coordinate with building manager for building maintenance, repair and improvement projects. Examples include plumbing work, electrical work, structural repairs/enhancements, construction, repair, remodeling (to include building and accrediting SCIFs), maintenance, landscaping, cleaning etc.
- Escort outside vendors, janitorial services and/or building maintenance personnel who do not have necessary clearances for the locations inside AF TENCAP building spaces to complete coordinated tasks.
- Coordinate schedules with AF TENCAP COR to complete work listed above in a limited interference basis.
- Coordinate with AF TENCAP leadership and Security Team for access to SCIF for repairs and improvements.
- Delegated unit Accountable Property Office (APO) authority for designated accounts. Responsible for the custodial responsibilities outlined in DAFMAN17-1203, Information Technology Asset Management, para 1.2.14.1-1.2.14.6.
- Inspect incoming materials, investigate complaints, orient maintenance and repair contractors, and coordinate activities during maintenance, repair, and improvement projects.
