Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Family Law Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of family law and will be responsible for providing legal representation and guidance to clients in various family-related legal matters, including divorce, child custody, and domestic violence cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in family law proceedings such as divorce, custody, and support hearings.
• Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct depositions and mediations to resolve disputes amicably.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding their rights and obligations under family law.
• Prepare and present cases in court, arguing on behalf of clients during hearings and trials.
• Maintain and manage case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and answering any questions they may have.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the relevant state.
• Proven experience in family law, including handling cases related to divorce, custody, and support.
• Strong writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence.
• Experience with depositions, mediations, and courtroom hearings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and other legal professionals.
