We are recruiting a Family Medicine physician to join our concierge practice, EvergreenHealth Signature Care.
This concierge practice has a team approach offering patients time and convenient access with exceptional care. It's a high-level, personal service approach to healthcare with a focus on better total health.
This position offers:
-Great work life balance, by seeing less patients than a traditional primary care practice.
-Generous compensation model with 32 patient contact hours per week and options for relocation, sign on and performance bonus
-Work with a great team of nutritionists and health coaches.
-Includes state-of-the-art testing and lab result
