Chief Purpose of this position:The Department of Family Medicine and Population Health at Virginia Commonwealth University is currently recruiting for a BC/BE family physician to provide outpatient care. We are seeking a full-time clinician that will be involved in medical student teaching and could participate in departmental research programs.
Position Responsibilities:

• Provide the highest quality of outpatient primary care services to new and established patients in the community
• Serve on hospital or departmental committees when appropriate

Required Qualifications:

• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
• Eligible for full staff privileges at VCU Health System
• Eligible for medical licensure in Virginia
• Demonstrated experience working in and fostering anenvironment of respect, professionalism and civility with a population offaculty, staff, and students from various backgrounds and experiences, or acommitment to do so as a faculty member at VCU
