Seeking BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join a collegial team of 10 physicians and 4 Advanced Practice Clinicians.
Practice Highlights:
Family Medicine with/without OB
Integrated Behavioral Health Therapist
Phone call coverage from home (week-long call, approx. 4-5 weeks/year)
4 -day work week is possible
15-18 patients per day
EMR - Epic throughout our entire system
24-hour specialty consultations available
Practice with high pediatric volumes possible, no nursing home coverage
