Description:
We are seeking a Family Physician to join our community health clinic in Ontario. This role
provides an opportunity to engage with a diverse patient population and contribute to
comprehensive primary care services.
Responsibilities:
Deliver continuous and comprehensive healthcare for individuals and families across all
ages, genders, diseases, and parts of the body.
Develop and manage treatment plans for acute and chronic diseases.
Educate patients on disease prevention and health maintenance.
Conduct routine check-ups, assessments, and vaccinations.
Collaborate with other medical professionals and staff to provide coordinated care.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients.
Qualifications:
Certification by the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) and the College of
Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to ongoing medical education.
Ability to manage a diverse range of health issues in patients of all age groups.
High on discipline, punctuality, courtesy, ethics, have a strong moral compass and you are
compassionate.
