Role and Facility Information
We have a number of physicians at our clinic who have too large a panel for time in office- as they pursue other opportunities to provide work-life balance. We would be interested in one or two full time associates to take on a small panel of our patients and soem from the provincial attachment list (enough to meet the LFP billing requirements) and then help to cover holidays and see our same-day fit in appointments. We expect this position will be a rewarding combination of continuity of care for your panel, and to be an asset to the rest of the patients at the clinic in providing more urgent access. We would love it if none of our patients ever had to use the urgent care centre or another walk in clinic, but could be seen at their medical home. We have two dedicated nurses, a team of excellent medical office assistants, a full time billing clerk (who ensures we recoup close to 100% of what is billed), and a group of compassionate, collegial physicians committed to family practice.
