Pay: $76,000 - $96,000/year (DOE) | Part-time therapists paid per session + admin time

What You'll Do:
- Conduct family therapy sessions to support relationship dynamics.
- Utilize systemic therapy approaches to address family challenges.
- Help clients develop communication skills and emotional regulation strategies.
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation (admin handles all billing).
- Choose your own schedule with flexible hours.
What We're Looking For:
- Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field.
- Licensed or actively working toward licensure (LPC, LCSW, or equivalent). We support individuals in obtaining licensure in Oregon and hire both associates and fully licensed therapists.
- Experience with family development and systems work (play therapy not required).
- Passion for providing compassionate, high-quality care in a professional, luxury setting.
