Location: Medford, Oregon (Onsite and/or Remote with a HIPAA-compliant workspace)
Employment Type: Part-Time & Full-Time
Pay: $76,000 - $96,000/year (DOE) | Part-time therapists paid per session + admin time

About Us:
At House of Healing Oregon, we believe in strengthening families through connection and healing. We are seeking an experienced Family Therapist to provide trauma-informed care, helping families navigate challenges and foster healthier relationships. We support therapists in obtaining licensure in Oregon and hire both associates and fully licensed individuals.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct family therapy sessions to support relationship dynamics.
  • Utilize systemic therapy approaches to address family challenges.
  • Help clients develop communication skills and emotional regulation strategies.
  • Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation (admin handles all billing).
  • Choose your own schedule with flexible hours.

What We're Looking For:

  • Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field.
  • Licensed or actively working toward licensure (LPC, LCSW, or equivalent). We support individuals in obtaining licensure in Oregon and hire both associates and fully licensed therapists.
  • Experience with family development and systems work (play therapy not required).
  • Passion for providing compassionate, high-quality care in a professional, luxury setting.
