The Manager of Feasibility and Investments position will be based in Atlanta at least for the first year. Hybrid remote may be a possibility thereafter. The salary compensation will be based on experience.

Position Summary:
Managing the integrity and accuracy of all hotel underwriting, proactively identifying emerging industry trends, and developing appropriate responses and market leading solutions. Leading continuous transformation of the underwriting function into a more efficient and effective operation
Essential Responsibilities:
- Underwrite and produce Proforma with focus on full service hotels and lifestyle resorts; ensuring company goal, initiatives, and expectations are being met throughout the underwriting function
- Conduct market research and perform due diligence in connection with the pursuit of prospective acquisition and new development projects
- Understand third party underwriting taking into account of various complexity of deal and capital structures to meet ownership objectives
- Prepare analysis of key money and/or sliver equity opportunities to secure key hotel management agreements
- Assist the Chief Investment Officer in underwriting potential joint venture and strategic partnership opportunities
- Exceptional understanding of STR, hotel profit and loss statements and other industry reports as well as maintaining attention to details on every opportunity.
- Effectively communicate both company policy and procedure updates as well as industry trends and regulatory changes to management team members in a timely and professional fashion
- Conform with and abide by all regulations, polices, work procedures and instructions as provided
- Research and analyze Real Estate Industry trends (with focus on hospitality) to stay current, and identify emerging issues affecting business plans, new product and service opportunities.
Job Requirements:
- Understanding of underwriting of hospitality projects and account management
- Must be able to multi-task, hit deadlines committed to and track all deals through CRM system
- Ability to negotiate; influence others and apply financial acumen with a focus on service and execution
- Understanding of markets and nuances of select, full service and lifestyle brands
- Be familiar with franchise agreements and deal structure
- Considerable analytical skills and understanding of capital markets
- Demonstrated ability to use Excel spreadsheets to manipulate large amounts of data and translate into meaningful analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional documentation and risk analysis skills
- Strong presentation skills are required
- Ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry
- Exceptional computer skills specifically in Excel.
- Servant Leader, proven ability to work as part of a team
