Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with special finance needs by helping them select appropriate vehicles and closing deals aligned with specific lender programs.
- Clearly explain special finance terms, processes, and stipulations to customers.
- Maintain full compliance with lender requirements and ensure all conditions are met before funding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sub-prime and special finance lenders.
- Collaborate with the Pre-Owned Sales Manager to ensure appropriate inventory is available for special finance deals.
- Promote special finance programs to the sales team, working together to maximize deal structure and profitability.
- Support the sales department as needed to facilitate a seamless customer experience.
- Adhere to all dealership policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state, federal, and local finance regulations.
