Overview:
Pembina Pipeline Corporation is actively hiring a Supervisor, Field Administration, to join the team positioned in Calgary, Alberta, supporting the Transmission Business Unit (TBU) assets. This position will report to the Director, Operations, in TBU, part of Pembina's Pipelines Division.
The Supervisor of Field Administration is tasked with overseeing a team of Field Administrators who offer administrative and operational support to the various Operational and Technical teams within TBU offices located in Calgary, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and the United States. This individual will leverage their expertise in SharePoint, SAP, Accounting, Operations, and other administrative functions to guide the administrative staff effectively.
Pembina's Transmission Pipeline assets have developed through the strategic acquisition of key Natural gas, Ethane and Condensate transportation infrastructure assets, positioned in some of the most prolific gas producing regions in western Canada and the United States. Pembina's transmission pipelines provide customers with access to premium markets primarily on a fee-for-service basis under long-term contracts through long-haul pipelines.
This position is located in Calgary, AB, but is open to other locations depending on the successful candidate.

- Oversee and actively provide the support functions of the Operations analysis, Accounting support, Land support, Supply Chain support, administrative support and ownership of other systems like Blackline and SharePoint plus corporate initiatives;
- Direct and lead a team of Field Administrators to support Business and Service Units and stakeholders, in coordination with area Supervisors;
- Ensure administrative activities are properly aligned with the expectations of the Business and Service Units while educating and supporting the deployment of best practices;
- Ensure regular collaboration with the various pipeline systems within TBU and with Service Units;
- Provide personnel development, leadership and mentoring for recruiting, and day-to-day communication and direction to the Field Administration staff;
- Travel as needed to meet with Admin staff; and
- Participate and support an equitable, diverse, and inclusive workspace.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience supporting operational field locations, progressive leadership and valid class 5 driver's license;
- Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal abilities, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated adaptability, time management, and conflict resolution capabilities. Additionally, strong leadership qualities, active listening, empathy, and the ability to provide constructive feedback are essential. Cultural sensitivity, creativity, critical thinking, and positive attitudes further enhance effective collaboration and personal growth in any professional environment;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex organization on multiple strategic initiatives with a clear focus on execution and results;
- Commitment to the advancement of others through consistent support of career development goals;
- Experience in engaging stakeholders and building relationships both internally and externally;
- Advanced computer skills for, Microsoft Suite, SAP (SAP and Supply Chain experience an asset); and
- Previous field-based work environment an asset.
