Join the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics company as the F-35 Field Logistics Support Representative Full Spectrum Leader at the Morehead City, NC RDSF (Regional Distribution Center Facility) warehouse supporting MCAS (Marine Corps Air Station) Cherry Point.

Our team is responsible for F-35 logistic and material warehouse operations activities and will be the primary point of contact responsible for the integration between all internal and external customers, both global sustainment and production, and depot-component-Modifications, Overhaul and Upgrade (MOU).

What You Will Be Doing
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Perform contract management and use interpersonal skills to manage onsite Team while working in a fast-paced and fluid environment.
- Provide daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly status reports using advanced software and web based solutions.
- Interpret and clearly explain program and inventory performance measurement metrics and reports to program, customer, and senior leadership.
- Analyze performance metrics and data to accurately identify issues and make sound business decisions and actionable recommendations to reduce program cost and drive performance.
- Individual must be proficient in Microsoft software programs in order to research, develop and create documents and presentations.
- Individual must have strong knowledge of applying advance database techniques for extracting querying and analyzing large amounts of raw data from various sources.

Must be a United States citizen. Must possess at minimum an Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to starting. Must be able to obtain a Final Secret Security Clearance.

Basic Qualifications

The following Basic Qualifications are skills that a candidate must possess to be considered for this position:
At least 6 years experience in Warehouse and Property Management operations
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrated experience leading people and teams in a dynamic and challenging environment

Desired skills

The following Desired Skills are not required but are those skills that would set a candidate apart from the others:
8 years experience with supply chain, inventory management systems, analysis and inventory management / control
Experience interfacing directly with government or military aviation customers
Familiarity with Just-in-time (JIT) inventory management methodology
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
Experience with government software (EMall, FedMall, etc)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the demonstrated experience communicating to all levels of management and customer organization

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
