We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Manager to supervise and coordinate field crews, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will manage onsite projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, oversee subcontractors for compliance, and travel to various job sites to monitor progress and address issues. This role requires collaboration with project managers and stakeholders to ensure successful project completion, as well as assistance in the bidding process for new civil construction projects. Implementing and enforcing safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment and providing regular updates to senior management are also key responsibilities.
Responsibilities
The Field Manager will primarily work in the field, managing crews from 7 AM to 6 PM, with varying work hours. The role involves extensive travel to multiple job sites. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00/yr.

- Travel to various job sites to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
- Assist in the bidding process to secure new civil construction projects.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in field supervision or project management in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively to various job sites.
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly and effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety.
