THE ROLE

The Regional Marketing Manager overseesdriving demand generation and pipeline acceleration through an innovative mixof marketing programs and collaborating with key stakeholders. The key objectiveof this role is to plan and execute integrated campaigns to increase brandawareness, lead joint marketing efforts with partners, drive lead generationand customer advocacy, assist in converting sales opportunities into newcustomers.

He/she will need to understand the overallbusiness goals and work collaboratively with the broader team (sales andmarketing) to successfully plan, coordinate, launch and measure marketingevents and programs to meet those goals.

OPPORTUNITIES

  • Plan and Execute Marketing Programs: Develop, manage, and execute integrated marketing programs and budgets to ensure demand generation, pipeline building and acceleration, and customer advocacy, aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate for Success: Foster strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including global and regional teams, sales leadership, partner marketing, product marketing, and analyst relations, to capitalize on the marketing mix and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Pipeline Management and Alignment: Work closely with sales leadership to design and implement pipeline-building and acceleration initiatives tailored to business priorities, ensuring seamless alignment across teams.
  • Digital, Social, and ABM Campaigns: Develop and execute digital and social media campaigns, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs, to drive demand generation and support the creation of impactful marketing collateral.
  • Event Planning and Execution: Strategically plan and deliver impactful customer events, roundtables, webinars, and trade show engagements.
  • Coordinate with event teams to maximize visibility at conferences, receptions, and exhibitions.
  • Marketing Operations and Reporting: Collaborate with marketing operations teams to manage leads effectively and generate regular reports for forecasting, measurement, analysis, and refinement of marketing programs on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Regional Brand Visibility: Strategize and implement initiatives to enhance Temenos' brand visibility across diverse markets, emphasizing its credentials, capabilities, and technological leadership.
  • Industry Knowledge and Insights: Maintain a robust understanding of industry trends and regional dynamics by monitoring financial publications, analyst reports, and relevant industry websites.


SKILLS

  • You should have full time university degree in Marketing, business, communications or related disciplines, MBA or master's degree is a plus
  • You should have marketing experience in a B2B industry
  • You should speak perfect English
  • You should be able to travel internationally
  • You should have solid experiences with IT, Hi-tech preferably with experiences with Cloud/SaaS business solutions and Financial Services industries
  • You should have strong project leadership experience with medium to large-scaled projects such as virtual and physical B2B events, be able to manage project team
  • You should have strong experiences of developing and executing successful demand generation programs to drive pipeline and deliver revenue
  • You should be self-starter who is committed to the job and seeks empowerment and accountability; with positive and can-do attitude
  • You should have proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, events and projects independently
  • You should have analytical skills and experiences, be comfortable with working with data for regular business reporting
  • You should have knowledge of B2B sales cycle and how to identify opportunities to maximize demand creation, pipeline contribution and sales opportunity acceleration
  • You should enjoy working with creative and innovative team
