The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) provides comprehensive access and reimbursement support to physician practices, on behalf of patients, in an assigned geography to minimize treatment barriers for patients, therefore helping to instill crucial confidence and optimize access to our clients' products.

Field Reimbursement Manager
The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) provides comprehensive access and reimbursement support to physician practices, on behalf of patients, in an assigned geography to minimize treatment barriers for patients, therefore helping to instill crucial confidence and optimize access to our clients' products.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the payer landscape for our client's products, and proactively provide education to HCP offices on regional and local payer policies and processes
- Partner with internal and external customers to identify, anticipate, and address patient and practice reimbursement issues and implement those updates and/or changes to POA based on solutions generated
- Proactively communicate client-specific patient services programs, policies, procedures, and resources so that office staff is fluent in how to use access programs for their products
- Support questions associated with patient coverage, access, and reimbursement from accounts in collaboration and in coordination with the HUB as directed by policy and procedure
- Provide information about product coverage, coding, and reimbursement, as appropriate, both internally to appropriate functions and externally to key customers within assigned accounts
- Ensure customers on assigned target list and within assigned geography are aware of and know how to utilize available programs to support product access for patients
- Key account partnerships which include educating on payer coverage, prior authorization requirements, and medical necessity requirements
- Trouble-shoots field account reimbursement issues, needs, concerns, or challenges
- Leverages available resources, including market access and geographical data to develop and execute account plans/call purpose.
- Proactively communicates and explains reimbursement programs, policies, procedures, and resources
- Complies with all laws, regulations and policies that govern the conduct of the clients' activities
Required Skills:
- 3 to 5 years' experience in the pharma/biotech space, with at least 2+ years working in field reimbursement / patient support services.
- Ability to navigate the complex national & regional payer landscape, identify issues and facilitate problem-solving process
- Provides information on access requirement and processes, coverage and policy updates and patient resources to external customers
- Advise, consult, and coordinate regularly with external customers, as well as with the field personnel, direct reports, management peers, and other internal partners (marketing, managed care, training, professional education, etc.)
- Excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Must possess a valid Driver's License
