Your Mission

• As a Field Sales Leader, you'll:
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 6-10 in-home sales reps.
  • Conduct daily field check-ins and team huddles to review KPIs, support challenges, and drive performance.
  • Deliver ongoing one-on-one and group training, leveraging our robust in-office, in-field, and virtual onboarding tools.
  • Strategically canvas pre-vetted neighborhoods using proprietary data from our internal Weather Strategist.
  • Drive lead generation through door-to-door efforts, roof inspections, and homeowner education.
  • Coordinate closely with Sales Manager and Market Strategy Manager to align weekly and monthly sales objectives.

• 50+ doors knocked per day, 1-5 deals closed daily
• Your team is consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs
• Fast, friendly homeowner experiences with top-tier service
• Positive team morale, driven by coaching and support
• Clear promotion path to upper management within 12 months

Qualifications

• Required:
  • 3-5+ years of face-to-face in-home sales experience (home improvement preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring a sales team
  • Valid Driver's License & reliable transportation
  • Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs
  • High emotional intelligence and leadership instincts
  • Strong CRM/software familiarity (we'll train on our stack)
• Preferred:
  • Residential construction, roofing, or storm restoration knowledge
  • D2D, insurance-based, or B2C sales background
  • Drone license (or willingness to get certified)
  • Strong presentation and conflict-resolution skills

Qualifications & Skills

• Industry Knowledge: General understanding of roofing, siding, and gutters (training provided).
• Sales Experience: 3+ years of B2C sales experience, preferably in home improvement or door-to-door sales.
• Prospecting Ability: Willingness to knock doors, canvas neighborhoods, and generate leads.
• Goal-Oriented: Strong drive to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Software Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and canvassing software is a plus.
• Excellent Communication: Ability to engage with homeowners and build trust quickly.
• Physical Capability: Comfortable climbing ladders, inspecting roofs, and walking properties.
• Background & Drug Check: Required
• License Required: Valid Driver's License, vehicle, and insurance

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday-Saturday
• 11 am to 7pm typically with seasonal light and weather permitting
• Saturdays start and end earlier
