Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
highly skilled and experienced Field Service Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of field service operations and systems. The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise in field service management processes, along with hands-on experience with leading platforms such as Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) or equivalent.
6+ years of experience in field service or site operations within the EPC industry.
3+ years of experience as an SME or functional lead working with Oracle Field Service Cloud or similar FSM platforms.
Strong understanding of EPC workflows including project-based service execution, equipment lifecycle, and mobile workforce management.
Experience with ERP integration, especially with Oracle Cloud or EBS modules like Projects, Inventory, and Procurement.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of field service processes in alignment with EPC project delivery models.
Act as the SME for Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) or similar platforms, managing scheduling, dispatching, job execution, technician mobility, and resource utilization.
Support integration between field service operations and core project systems such as Oracle Projects, SCM, Inventory, and Asset Management.
Define and streamline workflows for equipment servicing, preventive maintenance, site inspections, and field progress reporting.
Ensure real-time visibility of field activities to project teams, enabling better forecasting, resource planning, and cost control.
Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, supply chain teams, and IT stakeholders to ensure cohesive end-to-end service processes.
Lead training, documentation, testing, and change management during implementations and upgrades.

Salary Range: $120,000-$150,000 a year
