What You'll Do: In this role, you will: Provide hands-on end-user support to ensure smooth daily operations. Handle the installation, programming, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of telecommunications systems, equipment, and cabling. Assist with asset management for on-site devices to maintain accurate records and inventory. What We're Looking For: To excel in this role, you'll bring: A current CompTIA Security+ certification (or equivalent DOD baseline certification). 6+ years of experience supporting Windows desktops, laptops, PCs, and related devices. A Bachelor's Degree can substitute for 5 years experience. Secret clearance or higher A solid IT education (preferred but not required). Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed.
