We are looking for a skilled and experienced Field Services Specialist with experience in the oilfield services sector. The role involves overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of oilfield equipment. Additionally, the Field Specialist will provide recommendations on continuous improvement and performance optimization.
This position requires on-site presence and monthly travel up to 60%.

The role involves overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of oilfield equipment. Additionally, the Field Specialist will provide recommendations on continuous improvement and performance optimization.
This position requires on-site presence and monthly travel up to 60%.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise or directly install electrical equipment on-site, including Heater Control Units (HCU), junction boxes (JB), and cabling.
- Lead the commissioning of systems, ensuring proper functionality and integration.
- Conduct scheduled and preventive maintenance, performing testing on equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot recurring issues and develop effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Oversee cable splice and termination work on-site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, company procedures, and applicable standards. Stay updated on all regulations related to the safe maintenance and repair of company equipment.
- Provide on-site technical training for team members on the proper use, operation, and maintenance of company equipment to ensure efficient and safe practices.
- Ensure all work is conducted in strict compliance with safety standards and procedures, while staying informed of the latest laws and regulations regarding the safe maintenance and repair of equipment.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 8+ years of experience in the oilfield services sector, required.
- Background in any of the following disciplines is required: Artificial Lift, Wireline, or Well Intervention.
- Proficiency in wiring and making electrical connections for downhole equipment.
- Strong knowledge of ESP cables, wellhead penetrators. and surface connectors.
- In-depth understanding of electrical components, connections, and troubleshooting for downhole and surface equipment.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices for handling high-voltage electrical systems in oilfield environments.
- International experience is a plus.
