Job Summary:
Cole Engineering Services is seeking a highly motivated candidate to lead Production Equipment Fielding activities for an emerging simulation and training capability for the United States Army. The Fielding Team Lead will manage a team that oversees the delivery of hardware to US Army locations located both within the Continental US and Overseas.
Essential Job Functions:
Supervise a team comprised of personnel responsible for the final assessment and delivery of hardware at known locations. Oversees system inventory and setup, software patch updates, cold starting of devices, system connection, scenario launches, dry runs, and vignettes, packing and shipping, and formal update briefs to customer. Supervises network installation, system set-up, formal training, and formal delivery to the customer. Works closely with the customer, development staff and systems engineers to thoroughly understand the system requirements and software and hardware implementation.
Understands the AGILE method of software development and can work in an AGILE environment. Be prepared to travel for a period of two weeks every other month to assigned fielding locations.

Required Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as electrical engineering, computer science, information technology, systems or software engineering from an accredited college or university preferred, but not required.

Security Clearance requirements will be specified in the Government's Task Order. Some travel will be required. This is an in-office position with ability for intermittent remote work.

Recommended Skills:
- Demonstrated leadership; able to form a team for a purpose and complete a given task.
- Able to communicate comfortably with various project stakeholders.
- Familiarization with suite of MS Office programs.
- 4 years or greater with OneSAF experience, JCATS, WARSIM, HITS, RVCT, MCS systems, LVC-IA, AVCATT, CCTT, BCS, Red Hat LINUX, VMWare.
Required Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as electrical engineering, computer science, information technology, systems or software engineering from an accredited college or university preferred, but not required.
- May substitute relevant military or work experience in lieu of degree.
- Five (5) years' experience in a Test Engineer position testing new software baselines, as well as supporting installation of software and hardware at remote sites.
- Familiarization with product fielding processes and procedures.
