Summary:
Responsible for overseeing the consolidated financial reporting for the company's domestic and international operations and will lead the company's timely and accurate worldwide financial reporting process, both to internal and external stakeholders.
Duties:
Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance.
5+ years of related experience.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, specifically consolidations and foreign currency translation.
Experience with ERP systems and financial consolidation modules, such as, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.
Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and modeling.
CPA, CMA, or other appropriate certification preferred.
Previous work experience in accounting/finance in a multi-unit domestic and foreign company preferred.

Responsible for overseeing the consolidated financial reporting for the company's domestic and international operations and will lead the company's timely and accurate worldwide financial reporting process, both to internal and external stakeholders.
Duties:
- Timely completion of the monthly world-wide financial consolidation process in accordance with GAAP.
- Ownership of current Excel based consolidation and internal financial reporting tool, including uploads from various ERP systems and consistent mapping and reporting of financial results vs. budget and prior year.
- Lead research and interpretation of GAAP and other authoritative guidance. Monitor changes in GAAP, develop new accounting policies and recommend actions as needed to ensure compliance with new pronouncements.
- Oversee and maintain proper system of internal controls over the financial reporting process. Identify and recommend improvement, as necessary.
- Team member of the acquisition team, with a focus on purchase accounting treatment for both US and foreign acquisitions.
- Financial reporting to both internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to: Board of Directors, Tax Advisors, Statutory Filings, External Auditors, and other Stand-Alone Legal Entity Reporting.
- Manage reporting of pro forma accounting adjustments and addbacks for board and bank reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with Finance and IT leadership and partner with the team as to implementation of new financial accounting consolidation system and domestic Net Suites ERP solution.
- Participate and partner with the VP of Finance on key business initiatives such as working capital improvement and indirect spend analysis and cost reductions.
- Partner with Accounting Manager to ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close; meet internal and external reporting deadlines.
- Partner with the VP of Finance and Financial Accounting team to manage the external audit and ensure a clean and timely year-end audit with no material adjustments.
