Key Responsibilities
- Provide Financial Management of several of Kiwa's North America Entities, including full month end close responsibility and partnership with General Managers
- Coordinate and lead annual internal and external audit process
- Develop, Implement and maintain Kiwa's internal control policies and procedures assuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements
- Support quarterly budget process and monthly reporting process as needed
- Preparation of monthly variance analysis, including commentary, variance analysis, etc. to support senior management and drive business performance
- Support North America CFO on all treasury matters and working capital optimization initiatives
- Support M&A and Integration activities
- Support ERP implementation efforts across different businesses
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals or lead different projects and initiatives.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting and working towards a Master in Finance
- Prior Exposure to buy-side M&A
- Experience working with a multinational Corporation and bringing a Global Perspective
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerBI Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, OneStream, Quickbooks or Similar Accounting, Treasury and FP&A packages
- Prior exposure to Global corporations
