Position Summary
Reporting functionally to the CFO, the Electromagnetic and Cyber Group (EMCG) Business Partner is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all financial activities specific to the EMCG division of the company. The role, a trusted advisor to the EMCG leader and its business units presidents, involves strategic planning, financial analysis, budgeting, pricing and managing the accounting and treasury functions within the EMCG division. The Business Partner will collaborate with senior management within the division to provide financial insights and drive decision-making that aligns with the division's goals and objectives.

Work Environment
This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands
This is a largely sedentary role; however, some physical abilities may be required.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with typical working hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours and work shifts may change in accordance with department and business needs. Exempt Employees must have the ability to be on-call and available, as business needs require. Non-Exempt employees may be required to work over 40 hours per week with approval from the department manager.
Facility Location: Washington D.C. greater Area

Required Education, Experience and Certificates
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CFA is highly desirable.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Must be able to accomplish all duties with little or no assistance.
Must have good command of the English language; oral and written.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
Employee must be a US citizen.
Employee must be able to hold and maintain a Secret (or higher) Clearance Level.
Employee must have and maintain a U.S. Passport.

Essential Functions Statements
- Understanding at a deeper level the business units within EMCG and ensuring goals being pursed are aligned with company strategy.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures specific to the EMCG.
- Prepare and monitor the annual budget for the EMCG, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Perform financial forecasting and scenario modeling to support strategic planning within the EMCG division.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide accurate and timely reports to senior management within the division and the CFO.

- Review financial reports and provide analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) within the EMCG division.
- Manage cash flow specific to the EMCG division to optimize working capital and liquidity.
- Evaluate investment opportunities within the EMCG division
