Join our dynamic finance team in the role of Finance Controller! As a key strategic partner, the Controller will lead financial initiatives, enhance systems integration, and drive financial reporting accuracy, all while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to support the organization's growth story.

Salary: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage the month-end closing process and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy while continuously improving efficiency and preparing account reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and assist in the preparation of a comprehensive financial reporting package with detailed variance analysis.
  • Oversee revenue recognition and cost accrual procedures to ensure financial compliance and transparency.
  • Lead the development of innovative tools and processes to better integrate systems and enhance operational and financial performance.
  • Partner with key teams including sales, marketing, pricing, and inventory to align financial strategies and optimize profitability.
  • Build and maintain robust financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure integrity in reporting.

Minimum Position Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in financial management and accounting roles.
  • Strong technical proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Demonstratable experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across various departments.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • CPA certification or Master's degree in business or finance.
  • Experience in the technology or manufacturing sectors.
  • Prior experience implementing and optimizing ERP systems.
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing finance teams.
