Responsibilities:
Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for sales and service operations.
Develop financial models to assess the profitability of vehicle sales and service initiatives.
Monitor industry trends and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP and automotive industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance improvements.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.
Lead and develop a team of finance professionals to enhance departmental performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA or CMA designation preferred.
10+ years of financial management experience, with at least 5 years in the automotive industry.
Proven track record in financial analysis, strategic planning, and financial reporting.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
Familiarity with automotive dealership operations and financial structures
