As our ideal candidate, you will have experience in all aspects of finance operations and a proven track record of customer satisfaction with measurable results. You will also possess strong leadership skills, the ability to work in a fast paced, high volume store with a large sales team, and a demonstrated commitment to creating a customer and employee environment that promotes growth and retention.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a finance-related role
Strong communication and people skills
Positive attitude with a high-energy personality and professional appearance
Self-starter with strong work ethic, integrity, and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good time management skills.
Documented top 5% performer in your current role.
Flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
Ability to work well in a process-driven environment.
Bilingual is a plus.
