Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a Finance related field
5+ years of finance experience.
Preferred qualifications:
Kodiak Revenue Cycle Analytics experience
HFMA or FACHE certifications
Certified Public Accountant.
Skills and Certifications:
5+ years of finance experience
Kodiak Revenue Cycle Analytics experience (Intermediate Level and Higher).
Key Responsibilities:
Support the organization's FP&A team, which provides guidance to a network of Hospitals, Medical Groups, and Risk Based Entitles across all regions
Demonstrate strong proficiency in the use of Kodiak RCA (Revenue Cycle Analytics) system
Serve as liaison between corporate FP&A and local finance teams, communicating assignments, deadlines, and key updates
Promote a standardized "best practice" approach for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Partner with Enterprise Subject Matter Experts to understand and communicate insights on key revenue and expense categories
Consolidate and summarize actual and projected divisional financial performance and key business drivers
Collaborate with divisional leadership on operational KPIs and improvement plans
Serve as a resource for local finance teams to assist with projects and ad-hoc analytics
Utilize financial reporting tools (Essbase, HFM) and Excel based models to assist in analytics.
