Job Description
US Finance is comprised of financial professionals who lead all aspects of financial activities, including corporate financial planning and analysis; pricing, affordability, and digital strategy; national field finance; and economic policy for McDonald's USA, LLC.
The National Field Finance (NFF) team is an extension of the U.S. Field Office Finance team. NFF's role includes encouraging an environment for the 10 Field Offices to share standard methodologies, identify systemic solutions, and seek efficiencies. The National Field Finance team performs centralized Field Finance functions including but not limited to Franchisee financial health monitoring, restaurant sales analysis, real estate development support, and financial analysis for owner/operator business reviews. This role provides highly valued foundational knowledge about the U.S. Business and builds strong partnership with the Field that supports long-term career growth throughout the McDonald's Global Finance organization.

- Manage and Lead up to 3 finance professionals providing full financial and analytical support for assigned Field Offices.
- Support and manage all NFF identified policies and procedures including: Franchisee Business Reviews, Restaurant Valuations, Restaurant Sale Transactions.
- Support the financial components of the franchise rewrites process and other Ad Hoc support/requests.
- Be the Subject Matter Expert and Analyze/Maintain all McDonald's Economic Financial Rules, Regulations, and Procedures.
- Collaborate with other Departments (Franchising, Treasury, Legal, Restaurant Development, Franchise Business Partners within Restaurant Operations, etc.) and work with the Field Office to resolve extraordinary issues.
- Coach, Train, and Mentor NFF Supervisors and Specialists on all process and procedures sharing a common accountability for the team to establish broad base knowledge of all aspects of partner's Financial Health.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in Accounting/Finance (CPA and/or MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of accounting and/or finance experience
- High proficiency with the Microsoft Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Extensive experience in management and visualization tools (e.g., Power Bi, Alteryx, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with various subject areas and levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with an emphasis on explaining complex processes in a clear, concise manner
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing priorities,
- A continuous process improvement mindset, always identifying and implementing process improvement techniques to benefit yourself and others
- Operates effectively in a team environment with remote workers
- Ability to lead through people and desire to develop people
