Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage TCB's profitability processes, including Funds Transfer Pricing, Capital Allocation, Cost Allocation, and Provision Allocation. Ensure accurate execution of methodologies and track their financial impact across all lines of business.
  • Work closely and partner with key functional areas and leadership teams across the organization (Enterprise Finance, Accounting, Investor Relations, Corporate Treasury, Technology and Human Resources) to understand key business trends and identify opportunities to improve financial performance.
  • Provide guidance to TCB's business partners based on expert knowledge in firm's profitability processes and methodologies.
  • Organize complex information in a compelling way, demonstrating design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Significant ad-hoc financial reporting, presentation development, and financial analysis.
  • Train and mentor financial analysts on the Corporate Finance team.


Requirements:
  • An undergraduate degree in business or related field.
  • 6+ years supporting a finance department, FP&A or Corporate Finance.
  • Initiative to identify business questions, scope and logically structure an analysis, extract relevant insights, and communicate with a point-of-view.
  • Advanced ability to run complex reports, synthesize analysis and articulate the conclusions through verbal and written communications.
  • Ability to self-direct and manage competing priorities on concurrent large, complex projects, initiatives, and deliverables.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, financial reporting tools and financial software.
