As a Finance Manager at Maus, you will...
- Manage all aspects of the financing portion of our customers' vehicle purchase experience.
- Follow all department processes and ensure necessary documentation for each deal is complete per department standards.
- Present all extended sales and service products to enhance customers' purchase and ownership experience.
- Ensure the timely funding of all purchase and lease contracts.
- Ensure all organizational activities/operations are carried out in compliance with company guidelines and local/state/federal regulations and laws.
- Act as the liaison between the customer and the lending institution.
- Work closely with sales team.
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
- Meet and exceed finance department's goals and objectives.
- Build relationships & create customers for life!
