Role Summary/Purpose:
Responsible for performing financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and assessing the financial health of the organization.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Preparation and presentation of financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads to develop accurate projections and monitor performance against targets
- Develop and maintain internal control policies and procedures to safeguard assets, ensure accuracy of financial data, and mitigate financial risk
- Coordinate and manage external audits, liaising with auditors to provide necessary documentation and address any audit findings
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes, improve efficiency, and support organizational goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration required
- 3-5 years of related experience required
