The Manager of Reporting and Analytics will lead the development of high-quality reporting and analytics solutions to support decision-making and business management activities. This role plays a key part in enhancing organizational insights and driving strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement organization-wide reporting and analytics tools.
- Oversee the administration and optimization of accounting and reporting systems.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support business strategies and decision-making.
- Conduct strategic data analysis, research, and financial modeling for leadership.
- Support project evaluations, plan validations, and ad-hoc analysis requests.
- Forecast and analyze financial trends to inform planning.
- Contribute to annual budgeting and long-term financial planning processes.
- Monitor budgets and oversee daily financial operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in financial or data analysis.
- Proficiency with financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Oracle).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience in implementing systems (e.g., ERP, BI, CRM).
- Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related discipline.
- Familiarity with enterprise software systems like Workday.
- Experience in industries such as logistics, operations, or related fields.
- Knowledge of operational and billing systems.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
