Maytronics, a leading provider of innovative pool cleaning solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join the team. The Finance Manager provides financial leadership for the business. This individual leads reporting and forecasting for the North American business, using data-driven analysis and insights to improve decision support to grow sales and profitability.
Responsibilities:
Provides FP&A support, driving the reporting and analysis of business results compared to Budget, forecast and prior year, and assists with preparation and presentation of monthly financial (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) forecasts.
Drives annual operating plan (Budget) for Maytronics North America business.
Supports development and presentation of materials for Board of Directors' meeting.
Partners with sales and marketing teams to provide critical analysis and key insights for pricing and promotional spend. Monitors and tracks performance of marketing investments, helping to optimize return on investment.
Reports and analyzes customer and product profitability.
Leads financial modeling and analysis to support strategic initiatives.
Develops analysis and insights to support pricing strategies.
Enhances content and availability of sales reporting and supports sales forecasting process.
Collaborates with business functions to develop and monitor key metrics (KPIs).
Identifies opportunities and drives process improvement and optimization.
Assists with monthly financial close process.
Performs ad hoc analysis for use of Leadership Team.
Performs other duties as required.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
6+ years of business experience, preferably serving as business partner to sales, marketing, and supply chain leadership.
Understanding of e-commerce and supply chain metrics.
Experience analyzing pricing strategies.
Strong strategic, financial, and analytical ability with advanced financial modeling skills.
Ability to build relationships, collaborate, and communicate throughout the organization.
Strong aptitude with Excel, PowerPoint, and visualization (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI) tools.
Experience with Financial Planning Software (Jedox preferred).
Self-motivated in achieving goals and completing tasks.
Solid understanding of accounting principles.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy working within time constraints.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities.
