Finance Manager

Our client located North of Keene, NH is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team!

Your qualifications for the Finance Manager position are as follows:

• Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA or CPA preferred
• 5-7+ years progressive finance experience in retail/manufacturing environments
• Strong supervisory experience
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statistics
• Strong computer skills Expert level Microsoft Office Suite, accounting and finance software
• Proficient in NetSuite or other ERP system
• Experience with process automation and improvement
• Professional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and commitment to follow through

For the Finance Manager position your duties will include:

• Manage daily operations of finance department
• Direct monthly financial reporting activities
• Coordinate with external CPA firm
• Budgeting/forecasting
• Develop/Maintain standard product costing
• Develop and implement policy/procedures for accounting department ensuring proper documentation
• Prepare/present P&L, Balance Sheet, and monthly financials as well as other reports
• Perform data analysis and forecasting
• Oversee finance department, manage staff
• Ensure optimum Net Suite/ERP usage for improved financial reporting/control
• Develop/implement improved supply chain/inventory tracking
• Calculate return on investments
• Analyze trends, develop planning models, lead cost management
• Create strategies to minimize financial risk
• Collaborate with other teams to drive process improvement
