Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Support Integrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sponsor finance policy and experience in policy writing and administrative engagements with Sponsor finance policy stakeholders and authorities. While experience in cryptocurrency methodology and tradecraft is preferred, the primary focus of this role is on finance policy expertise. * Develop, review, and update finance policies in alignment with Sponsor guidelines. * Engage with Agency finance policy stakeholders and authorities to ensure compliance and effective policy implementation. * Provide administrative support for policy-related activities and engagements. * Conduct thorough analysis and provide recommendations for policy improvements. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate finance policies with broader organizational objectives. * Stay updated on the latest developments in finance policy and cryptocurrency methodology. * Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Qualifications Required Qualifications: * Active TS/SCI with required polygraph * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field. * 3-5 years of experience in finance policy
Strong understanding of OGFM finance policies and procedures. * Excellent policy writing and administrative skills. * Familiarity with cryptocurrency methodology and tradecraft is a plus. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
