Primary Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks of Financial Analyst:
Perform financial statement analytical review for assigned entities/partnerships with the goal of identifying anomalies in trends and/or inconsistencies in data.
Communicate on a consistent basis with sales and operations to keep them up to date on any financial statement fluctuations or concerns.
Research and follow up on physician inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
Upon request, prepare a financial information packet for presentation during physician calls.
Participate in physician calls and assist with follow up questions and research.
Assist with other accounting reconciliations and requests (ie. insurance allocation) including ad hoc projects as needed from the finance department
Provide assistance during budget process as it relates specific entities.
Analysts may also be responsible for analysis and reporting beyond monthly reviews depending on partnerships/territory assigned.
Qualifications of Financial Analyst:
5+ years' demonstrated experience in General Ledger (Partnership Accounting experience a plus)
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power point)
Microsoft Navision ERP and Adaptive preferred but not required
BS/BA in Accounting/Finance or equivalent related work experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Enthusiastic and professional team player with a positive can-do attitude
