POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Conduct quantitative analyses of information affecting investment programs of public or private institutions. Proficiency in NAVAIR systems such as N-ERP and the Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT). Ensure funding documents are executed in accordance with Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) policy and fiscal law. Track and update program office spend plans for all relevant financial execution data for various funding appropriations. Provide analysis and recommendations to the program office Business Financial Managers (BFM) regarding financial execution based on analysis of data.

Requirements
Education
- BA/BS degree in relevant technical field.
- Allowable Substitution: Associate's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree or Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.
Experience
- Required Experience: 3 to 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
- Desired Experience: At least one (1) year of NAVAIR financial experience.
Security
- Active TS//SCI clearance with current background investigation is desired.
- At minimum, Active Top-Secret clearance with current background investigation is required.
